WELCOME to the 3rd BRAZILIAN DAY FESTIVAL in Birmingham, Alabama – USA!

One of the great benefits of this event is that our community will be able to become partners in support of missions and humanitarian efforts. The money raised from Brazilian Day is used to support missionaries and projects in the United States and around the world. Horizon Church supports 18 different missions projects on a monthly basis. These include building churches, providing bible training for pastors, ministry to widows – and of course we support a church in Brazil that ministers to the poor.
This year, in addition to continued support of these missions projects, a portion of the funds will be used to help the church replace their 15 passenger van. In July someone set fire to the church’s van which was the only means of transportation for various ministries including children and senior adults at Horizon Church.
You will have the opportunity to taste great Brazilian food, enjoy live music, see a Brazilian jiu-jitsu presentation while your children play at our Brazilian Day Horizon Kids section. We will have cotton candy, sno cones, moonwalks, slides and much more!
So come on out and enjoy a great day of Brazilian culture and make a difference in the world at the same time!
